Exercise.

Twenty minutes of racquetball. I am now exhausted. And yes, yes, twenty minutes isn't all that much, especially since I spent a large portion of it chasing after the badly hit ball. Damn, but my swing is lousy. But I figure I can work up from there. I'll go tomorrow, and the day after that. I'm aiming for every weekday, to spend at least ten minutes at the gym doing /something/. As my resistance goes up, the time period will increase.

That, added to the half-hour of walking I do every schoolday, should help a bit.

I remember that kind. I admit, I find that less scary than the ones we had at RU, which were solid wall and two floors high, with observation windows on the first floor (they started in the basement). The doors into those were small - about waist-high, and vacuum-locked. You had to really yank the door open, climb in, and it slammed behind you with a rather permanent sound. One could not help but consider the fact that if one were locked in, there was no way out and one's only hope was to wave energetically and hope someone felt like watching racquetball upstairs.
