Up and Down

It was an up-and-down sort of day.

It started out with a personal event that I'm not sure counts as up or down. It's just too complicated and I feel too...odd about it to go into, here.

Then I got to go gaming! Yay, leaving the house!

Then I had to wait for a very long time trying to get my dinner. Sigh.

But then I met a wonderfully nice guy who just retired from the police force, and we happily chatted about nonconsequential things. Yay!

Then I locked my keys in the car when I got to the House of Gaming and had to wait out in the cold for the person with the extra set to come by and unlock it for me.

Then we ICly saved the world, yay!

But we killed a village full of NPCs I'd become fond of while doing it.

The night ended on an up note when the group chose to play In Nomine when this current campaign ended. I'm GMing, too. Yay!
