"One True Pairing" Ship: Blandine/Beleth, historical. I'm too much of a hopeless romantic to not go for for the great love that ends under tragic circumstances.
Canon Ship: Lilith/Marc. Almost every pairing in IN that isn't Blandine/Beleth has to be inferred, but I /love/ the dynamics with this one. I picture lots of wordplay, arch double entendres about deals, and then the occassional night of passion that's a lot less hurtful than most AA/DP pairings.
"If this happens I'll stab my eyes out with a spork" Ship: Saminga/Novalis. Just the thought of it makes me hurt and cry.
"You are one sick bastard" Ship: Asmodeus/Kobal. I know of two brilliant and twisted fics involving that pairing, and they make my brain break every single time.
"It's like a car crash" Ship: Asmodeus/Zadkiel. I've never seen this one done, but it would be twisted and strange, and possibly quite interesting.
CANONish "It's like a car crash" Ship: Blandine/Beleth, current day. Ow, just...ow. So much pain and obssession and darkness all rolled up in a candy shell. Like it good, in that bad way.
"Tickles my fancy but not sold quite yet" Ship: Dominic/Asmodeus. I like the idea, and I can see some of the rationale, but I've yet to be entirely convinced that Dominic could overcome his innate need to be Just in order to have any sort of romantic relationship with a demon.
"Makes no canon sense but why the hell not" Ship: Kobal/Gabriel "Hey, hot stuff! What's cooking? Let's go make it a hot time in the old town tonight, whaddya say..."
"Everyone else loves it but I just don't feel it" Ship: Michael/Novalis. More than not feeling it, I actively dislike this 'ship. Even more than a lot of the AA/DP ships, which I at least find fun in a twisted sort of way.
"Be Very Afraid" Ship: Elvis/Asmodeus. Yeah, it's INL, but doesn't it just scare you? It scares me.
"Guilty Pleasure" Ship: Novalis/Andrealphus. The idea of Novalis tirelessly and gently working to lure Andre back Home appeals to me, and I think the dynamic between the two is very interesting. It's a broken, not-at-all-healthy relationship, though, because, hey, Andrealphus is involved.
"I can't believe I read it and liked it" Ship: Vapula/Jordi. When I think of wrong, wrong, wrong parings, that's top of the list. But the fic I read made it seem intriguing. But still wrong. :D
"I want to see this for some reason" Ship: Lucifer/Beleth. There's a space of time in which it could have happened, and it could very well explain Beleth's continued obsession with pleasing the Lightbringer.
