Alas, game did not happen. Instead, we went to see Blade: Trinity. Good action flick, with some cute/funny moments and several very buff half-naked men. This is not a bad. If you liked the first Blade, you'll probably like this one. Along with the movie, there were trailers for three horror movies that I want to see. 'White Noise', 'Darkness', and 'Dark Water' (by the author of 'Ringu'). The latter two look /especially/ good, and Darkness is coming out on December 25th. How's that for timing?

In other news, saw Ju-On. Now I've seen both versions...some of the material in the Japanese version is more coherent, there's less exposition (as usual), and aside from the beginning sequence, the Japanese version has even less gore than the American version. And since 'The Grudge' is a very low-gore flick, that's saying something. If you liked one, you will probably like the other, and appreciate the differences...neither is a bad movie, at all.
