ARRRRGH.

ArcIMS has added a new level of hell to my life. It should not surprise me that as soon as I can make ArcGIS do what I want it to, and organize a nice, good master map that can be manipulated and added to in all sorts of ways, I must now attempt to use a program that theoretically does the same thing, and yet acts NOTHING like it, and hates me.
