That was a rather good week. So far, I've managed to keep my resolutions about changing the way I do certain kinds of housekeeping, and I managed to keep my resolution about not eating out. Going into week two feeling good and ready! Also, have been eating a bit healthier, which makes me just feel happy on my own...cutting out some caffeine. Not all, but I've been staying away from sodas and so forth. And I went out walking this weekend, and covered 3.4 miles on Saturday. I may try for two circuits this Saturday, which would be 6.8 miles in total. It wouldn't be bad, and I like to walk. It helps me think.
