Before making the fettucini alfredo with the expensive ingredients (lobster!), first check to make sure that your alfredo sauce has not gone bad. Although you can, in fact, improvise a half-assed sauce to replace it on the fly, it is not as tasty and delicious...although certainly edible.
Other than that, good job!
