Sweet, holy babies in a blender, it is HOT out there. Supposed to get up to 100 real temp, with heat index close to 110. BLAH. Why did I choose to walk?

Went to my inservice and met my practicum supervisor. Real nice guy, and an excellent school. It should be challenging and a good learning experience! About now, though, I could gnaw off my own foot. It was slow traffic getting back, so no time to eat lunch. But I will NOT give in and get expensive and fatty fast food. I will wait for four hours, then go home, do the dishes, and fix myself some real food. And veggies. Thinking maybe the other half of that ribeye steak, a salad, and some garden peas.

Y'know, I finally know what they mean.

LJ really stops being your personal journal, when you start thinking about the reactions of your friends' list to what you have to say. For a lot of people, I imagine it's the difficulty of talking about personal issues to people you actually /know/. For me, it's politics.

Sometimes, I'm just...happy, and in too good a mood to have another argument.
