I made a lovely chicken fried rice for lunch today. Had some left over rice and peas, and this time the rice was drier, like it's supposed to be. Used the last of the soy sauce, and some leftover chicken, and scrambled some eggs to go with it, then sprinkled just the slightest hint of garlic salt in there while it was cooking. It turned out /perfect/, for once! There is much Yay in the House of Amber.
