Have been playing Shivering Isles, the Oblivion expansion.

Take Kobal. Give him a dimensional pocket where he is god, the sole arbiter of what is and is not reality. Give him control over the souls of the depressed, the manic, the demented, the addicted, and the phobic. Take away that inconvenient little Impudite dissonance...

...and then imagine that he's chosen YOU to be his Champion/Chewtoy.

It is delightful fun, in a dark, creepy, and mind-bending sort of way.
