First, Persona 3 would make an excellent CoC campaign with just a few tweaks and a bit more skewing towards fantasy. But it is definitely /dark/ fantasy (with occasional hilarity). Also, I really ought to build up a large pile o' money, and then go empty out my Persona list, and put back all the low level ones, and try and get some fusions going. I suspect I missed out on several along the way, that are now needed for the Big Nasty Fusions.

Second, thinking about a tweak for the next time I run In Nomine. Instead of gaining CP at the end of adventures and sessions (since IN does not really handle power inflation well), I may give out Focus Points, instead. Essentially things like Fate Points or Drama Points, although kinda not. Points used to turn the camera on your character for a bit. Say you get 1 per session attended. Then you can spend them for various things; 1 for an auto-success no matter how difficult it may be (if your angel is trying to distract a demon prince while the rest of the party gets away, etc), 1 for a previously undefined contact (Why, yes, your Lilim /does/ have a hook in one of the MPs at this base. It's strong enough to get him to let you in, if he doesn't resist), or resource (As a matter of fact, your Soldier remembers there's a Cherub staying for a couple of days at the local Tether who knows the Songs of Memory...), 3 points for an ally, rival, or enemy who will reoccur at various points (player supplies the general thrust, "I killed this Soldier of God's partner in a mission a couple years ago, and now she pops up at the /worst/ times...", while the GM supplies the details and character sheet), and 5 points to have a session that explicitly explores one of your character's subplots or issues (Again, player gives the general thrust, "My character has an attunement from Novalis /and/ Dominic...what happens when he's put in a position where he has to actively work against one or the other?)", and the GM fleshes it out.

Anyway, it's an idea.

Also, I'm not sure that the WoW: Scars game is going to fly. It's past the deadline I set for concepts, much less sheets, and I've only gotten 2. Sadness.
