Chalk One Point up to Justice

Let's give our props to Justices Anthony Kennedy, John Paul Stevens, David Souter, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Stephen Breyer for their ruling that the Guantanamo Bay detainees actually have the right to challenge their detention in federal courts. And, with any luck, eventually this will be the stake in the heart of that facility.
