Wheeeee.

Back at work. The convention was great; and again, it reminded me of how hungry I am for research and learning. All too often, it feels like I'm just scrabbling to stay /sort/ of on top of what's going on now, so I'm exhausted when I get home. But I do love research and learning. My brain is popping with interesting ideas and things; if I do go back for a Ph. D. I definitely know where I'd like my research to focus on. I think there's some seriously good stuff, with implications for both school and individual counseling, in studying interactions with online communities, both adaptive and maladaptive patterns. I'm not sure if there's a lot of work that's been done on psuecide, but it's certainly an intriguing social failure mode.

Anyway. I liked the conference. Now I'm back!
