...why, I must ask the IT people, are you telling me to set up a back up drive, when you /TOOK/ the back up drive when you took the old server? Why? I cannot just chant, "Accio drive!" and get it back from you, you know.
Our IT people have turned condescension into a high art form, I fear. Also, the lack of communication between the two of them is rather sad, and almost always ends up biting me in the ass. That's one of the reasons why I went to friends on LJ for advice rather than them...talking to them makes me itch.
