Did not sleep well. Cried for no good reason, then had nightmares. Very sleepy. Hope no one has to ask me too many questions today at work, so that I can stay huddled in my corner with my transcription machine.
ETA: And the Terminex people came a day early. I can /tell/ this is going to be a great day.

Oh man, I haaaaate that. I'll have had a perfectly normal day, nothing to complain about, no real identifiable source of stress, and then I'll be lying in bed and just "waaaaah" ;_; out of NOWHERE. And then I get all confused and frustrated at myself, trying to figure out what the hell is wrong with me, which only makes me MORE upset, and, and ARGH.
