So.
I got in a wreck Tuesday evening. Back still sore, and my driver's side door is not happy. However, that's not why I'm posting! I am posting because today, coming home, I ended up in the exact same position with the exact same driver who ran into me, at the exact same place. No wreck happened this time, but for a moment, I admit I was all OHCRAP.
In other news, still no sound. I think it's something with Windows. I think it pretty much /has/ to be, because I bought another sound card, and it's doing the same damned thing. It's not the speakers. I'd like to go ahead and reformat my HD, and do a clean reinstall...only I have no Windows disk. (Yes, it's a legit copy, but I've lost the disk.)
I don't wanna upgrade to anything else. I /like/ XP, damnit.
