Argh.

I'm having idea overload. Little things flickering into my mind and disappearing too quickly to be captured. I want to write, I want to GM, I want to get out of the house, I want to go, go, go. Feh. I want to write a Harriet-fic, but I keep running into a problem: she's not a very fic-worthy character. I like her and all, but she is what she is, and the way she deals with things doesn't tend to be very drama-worthy. Eh. Maybe I can think of something that I'd actually /want/ to put down on paper.

Other character ideas are flitting through my head, including one that I'm seriously considering running with in some campaign or another.

In RL stuff, I actually spent some time with my father tonight which didn't end with an argument, disaster, or a vague feeling of the need to commit homicide. So life is good. Still no car, of course. Ooh! And [livejournal.com profile] cpip reminded me of Something Cool that I'd almost forgotten about, today: The Voynich Manuscript.

It is the neat. I was going to use it as props in a CoC campaign once upon a blue moon, but alas.

Any sharp, pointy objects getting used?

And thusly do I steal the idea of the Voynich for use in my own diabolical plot. ;)

Thanks, lady fair.

Harriet is so a fic-worthy character!! But if you (like me) do the angsty stuff best, then she might be difficult to write. :) How 'bout thinking back to when she first was told about The War? Hmm. Fragments of her diary, commenting on strange stuff leading up to The Talk? Then The Talk? The meeting with Eli and the hilarities that ensued?

And besides, she does have some angst: Lucius!
