Woke up with full-throttle cramps and bleeding. Ow. Not a happy Pyrephox by any means. I think I'm going to go back to lay down for a while. Maybe stretching out will help.

Have a hot water bottle? My friend callingcry introduced me to using one for cramps, and mmmmmm. It works!
