Actually, I believeit's a firedancer. Burning thingies are attached to a wire and spun in patterns. (See the guy's arm? And you can see his body in the upper right corner, behind the firewheels.)

Quite possible, although the original title of the pic said 'bicycle-wheel-fire', but I didn't go to the actual page, so it could be the name of the move?
