School of doom.

Right. So, I was browsing through a play therapy journal, and noticed that some of the dynamics are an interesting parallel to things that I've experienced in a certain subculture (which I am sure most of my friends list is familiar with), especially for adolescents. So, I said "I wonder".

Never, ever say those two words near a professor. Especially not one who is also your advisor, and terribly enthusiastic about everything.

It will not be a dissertation. It will not.

...but doing a literature review couldn't hurt. Maybe writing an abstract, seeing what it would take to do a little research.

But NOT a disseration.

Hmmm... *looks up play therapy* ... hmmm...

Now you have to write that because I want to know what you come up with.

I've made that mistake in my Applied Communications/Rhetoric undergrad days. I learned not to wonder out loud, lest the might prof. assign me to research my wonderings.

Good luck. : )
