Odd.

Okay, so I was panicking over the fact that my PIN still hasn't arrived from the FAFSA people, so I couldn't apply for a loan, yet. Going into my University online thingamabob, it tells me that I have already /recieved/ a loan for this semester, and it's just waiting for me to register and use up the money. So...hell if I know. I'm reasonably sure, however, that it's for an /undergraduate/ loan, and not a graduate program, so I really do need to correct that. If I can ever recieve the PIN from the government.

Still no word on assistantships, yet. I'm very, very nervous. I would have thought I'd have heard something back from someone by now. I'll have to stop by a couple of places when I go to get advised, see what's up.

In happier news, this weekend is RoundCon! RoundCon is a small, local convention which I have been going to since sophmore year in high school. It's the local con, and for its size, is pretty darned nifty. At least, I've never had any trouble keeping myself thoroughly amused. I'm looking forward to it.
