Queen of Wands makes me unhappy. In that story-related way, and not the this-is-lame way, but still. Unhappiness.
I am considering the possibilities of a Dead Witch Walking RPG. It actually seems like it'd be a good setting for one, even a freeform one, although that's not my first preference. Even a journal game isn't unusual. Laying out some of the worldstuff:

Another culinary experiment becomes a winner. Tonight's dinner: sliced chicken tenderloin, wrapped with bacon and fried, with a side of fettucini alfredo. The alfredo sauce was from a can, of course, but I noticed a recipe for homemade sauce on the back of the pasta box. Perhaps next time I will try that. The pasta was a /little/ undercooked in a few places, but not bad, and the sauce and the chicken were lovely.
And yet, I am sad. And I hurt, but I've been hurting for quite a while, and it doesn't seem to have impacted my functioning very much, so I can deal.
Tomorrow, I start my new job! Whee! I am working from noon to five tomorrow, and then from eleven to four the rest of the week. This is one of the reasons why I made the elaborate dinner now, because I probably won't be in the mood or have the energy for much all-out cooking for the rest of the week.
School looks fine. Won't be much trouble, I should think. Don't know about anime club, yet. I'm still weighing the benefits of human interaction and anime with always being late and having to walk back across campus at ten at night. I'm nobody's first choice for a victim of physical violence, but you never know.
