Also, I am downright gleeful that all eight of the school board members got kicked out on their tushes. It makes the news of Kansas redefining science back to the Middle Ages a bit more bearable, if only as proof that not everywhere in this country is descending into frothing insanity.

Maps have been conquered. I still have work to do, namely in the title and legend-making areas, but I've figured out the arcane secrets of this one small part of ArcGIS and can switch from map to map at my will. And since I have everything contained in one large map, I can pull up dots, choloplath, or any combination thereof. It's a lot of work to make a few dinky jpegs, but my faculty member will be pleased.
