Standard Gear! Every member of the crew has access to some items which are standard issue. I'm putting the list up now so that you can consider skills and such between now and Sunday. Note: you don't have to be GOOD at using the gear, so long as you recieved basic qualifications. (IOW, you will have default skills of 15% in using these things.)
