A vibrant, helpful, and interested user community is a wonderful thing.
However, it is not 'customer service'. Nor is it 'technical support'. User forums are no replacement for these two things, and are certainly absolutely no reason for not having a phone number where your customers can contact you and tell you what's going on.
Because searching the forums to find my problem posted several different times, with the repeated response of STFU N000B (in slightly more urbane language) does not give me a good impression of your company.
