Note the first: Having thoughts about strangling a co-worker is bad. Especially when they give you warm, happy sensations when you dwell on them. Bad Pyrephox, bad.

Note the second: Wednesdays at work go so much faster. It is delightful. Mostly with the meetings.

Note the third: Sleeeeeepy.

Is it kosher to think thoughts about strangling customers, and to get the accompanying warm, happy glow? ;)

Ooooh yess.... Evil evil stupid people who don't have any idea of what they want or how to get what they want but expect you to use your Magic Psycic Powers to make it happen. After all they paied you the money, now produce someting! Oh and they can't be bothered to actually give you any feedback to let you know if its what they /think/ they want untill just before deadline.

*shoves the angry little software developer sock puppet back into its box*

Sorry about that, he tends to escape and rant every now and then.

Hell yeah. I have a little customer voodoo doll hanging near my desk. Though I haven't used it nearly as much since I stopped being the first person in line to do the email and phone support...

So long as you don't voice them TO the customer.

(Then it's bad business. Unless they like that sort of thing, but usually you have to be a barista or a dominatrix for those kinds of clients.)
