Is out. Unfortunately, only for X-Box. The PC version won't be out until March. But, still. YAY! I've been following this game on and off since the start. (The developers posted about their original ideas in the cthulhu newsgroup back on USENET.)
From what people are saying, it's scary as all hell. PRRRRRRR.

Reminded me of the X-Com and C-Com games. (And laser squad before those two, not that anyone rembers laser squad)
Hmmm... I wonder if anyone has an open source version of one of those game engines, it would be really neat to do up a Necromunda computer game with the fallout engine.

I know I've heard of the X-Com games being opensourced...

Hmmm... I'll have to poke around on sourceforge, and happypenguin and see what I can find.

Found one open-source version of X-com that used the data files from the orginal, that might be the best bet for something to work from.
My intution though says that it would probably be better to just go ahead and work from a clean slate.
...
Not that I'm actually seriously considering this...
(No, I'm not the one who created some simple X-Com inspired prototype code back in college when I first started playing Necromunda. You must be confusing me with someone else, besides I've long since lost that code.)

Bethesda has been very quiet about the game though. We are pretty sure they are working on it but thats about the extent of what is known.
