Note: In Meranon, Clerics lose 1 Divine Spell per level for every 3 points of Blight they possess. This does mean that just about every cleric starting out will do so with /less/ than their normal quantity of spells! The voices of the gods are hard to understand through the growing corruption of souls.
Requirements: The ability to cast divine spells, Blight 13, the Corruption's Sweetness Feat, and non-Good alignment.
Class Skills: Bluff, Intimidate, Knowledge (Religion), Diplomacy, Spellcraft, Concentration, Knowledge (Blight), Perform (Oratory), Heal, Knowledge (Poison), and Hide.
Skill Points: 2 + Int modifier at each level.
Class Features:
Proficiencies: The Blighted Cleric gains no new proficiencies.
Spell Restoration: Upon becoming a Blighted Cleric, the character regains all spells that they are supposed to have, and progresses in spell gains as if they were their original class.
Blighted Favor: At 1st level, the Blighted Cleric gains the ability to 'lay on hands', similar to the Paladin special ability, useable once per day at 1st level, and gaining an additional use per day every two levels thereafter. This ability will heal a target for as much damage as the target's Blight rating. In this way, the twisted healers reward corruption.
Dark Sermon: At 3rd level, the Blighted Cleric may make a Perform (Oratory) check (DC: 20) to release Blight's influence to all within hearing. If they remain for the entire sermon, listeners must make a Will Save (DC: 20) or gain one point of Blight. For each person who gains a point of Blight in this way, the Blighted Cleric gains one point of temporary HP, for an hour.
Call Corrupted Dead: At 4th level, the Cleric gains the ability to attract any Corrupted Dead in the area, at will. If there are Corrupted Dead in the area, they will feel drawn to the cleric's presence; to resist the call requires a Will roll at DC:20 (+1 for every level of Blighted Cleric the calling character has). Once in the Cleric's presence, the undead are not compelled to obey, but can be bargained with.
Blight Curse: At 6th level, a Blighted Cleric may call upon the corruption in the bodies of his enemies to work against them. Unless the target makes a successful Will roll at DC: 25, they take a penality to all saves equal to their Blight rating. This ability may be used three times per day.
Profane Miracle: At 9th level, a Blighted Cleric gains the ability to return life to the dead...although the corpse rises as a Corrupted Dead. This requires an intact, fresh corpse (no older than three days), and a full day of rituals and prayer. At the end of the ceremony, an unwilling soul can make a Fort save (DC: 25) to avoid being ressurected. If the save fails, they rise as a Corrupted Dead.
Note: It is possible to pull back from the corruption of the Blight. It is a long, difficult road, but one that some have managed. And there are none so vigilant against the oncoming dark as those who have lived within it.
Requirements: A history of Blight of at least 10, the Sense Blight feat, and a current Blight of 3 or less. A Redeemed loses all of this class' benefits if their Blight rises above 5.
Class Skills: Knowledge (Blight), Sense Motive, Gather Information, Heal, Spot, Search, and Listen.
Skill Points: 3 + Int Modifier at every level.
Class Abilities
Proficiencies: The Redeemed gain no new weapon or armor proficiencies.
Improved Blight Sense: At 1st level, a Redeemed can sense the amount of Blight in any individual by making a Spot check with a DC of 20.
Penitent's Shield: At 2nd level, a Redeemed gains a +2 to AC against opponents with a Blight higher than their own, this bonus is increased by +2 every three levels.
Willing Martyr: At 5th level, a Redeemed gains the ability to take the burden of Blight from a willing person. They can drain one point of Blight from a given person per week, and add it to their own. The Redeemed must then reduce that Blight through other means. (Pure Soul cannot be used to prevent this Blight from transferring properly.)
Circle of Cleansing: At 7th level, the Redeemed exudes an aura that surpresses the benefits that Blight gives to those burdened with it. Within a 20' radius, all Blight bonuses are negated, and attempts to use Blight Abilities or Feats require a Will roll at DC: 30.
Purge: At 9th level, a Redeemed may strip Blight from a soul, willing or unwilling, with a roll higher than the target's Will save. This roll gets a +1 bonus for every Redeemed class level the character has, and a +2 bonus on divine spellcasters. If successful, the Redeemed can forcibly strip 1d4 Blight from the target, adding half to his own Blight total.

For the Redeemed: I'd adjust the Blight Sense to be, perhaps, proportional to the amount of Blight -- perhaps something like 30 - the character's current Blight total?
Also, perhaps saves should be modified as well as AC? I don't know.
For the Blighted Cleric: How long does the sermon have to be? If the cleric preaches to, say, a hero locked up, can he inflict blight in that way?
What is the range on Call Corrupted Dead? Presumably, though it's not stated, the corrupted dead will move at their normal movement rate towards the Cleric.
I might also argue that, for Profane Miracle, the unwilling may be allowed a Will save, rather than Fortitude. But that's just me.

Adding the saves is a good idea!
The sermon would have to be the length of a typical sermon...probably at least 20 minutes or so. And yes, he could inflict Blight on prisoners, if they don't deafen themselves somehow. Think of it as a sort of supernatural Stockholm Syndrome...the more that he talks, the more sense that he makes.
I don't know...possibly a mile radius from the Cleric? And yes, they would move at their normal radius.
I ended up choosing Fortitude instead of Will because of the animation of the flesh involved. It might make sense to change it to Will, but so much stuff is already Will-based...

4. Depending, you may want to make it a modifiable range, but that's up to you.
5. Because where there's a Will, there's a way.
