Or rather, more commentary about the things that everyone else has already commented on. Sue me, I was sleeping.

All right. It seems that we need to have a sit down, as a group, with Fidelity. And talk about all of it. Not just what's happening now, but other stuff, too. Like the thing with the PropCos, and just...everything that's stressing people out. But I think we're all agreed that Fidelity doesn't deserve to be screamed at, so we need to hammer out what we're going to discuss, and who we're going to have bring up each point, so that there's only one person at a time talking.

First off. What are the problems? Here are the ones I see:

1) Serious lack of communication. We send out @mails to the admin, ICly or OOCly, and never get any response back. It's difficult to get to talk to Fidelity, and when we do talk to him, he has a tendency to be vague and not very helpful.

2) Apparent disjointment of expectations. As Unni noted in another comment, it seems that the world he's GMing in is not the world /we're/ playing in. We need some theme explanation, and stat.

3) PropCos. He solicited these positions, and then, from my limited information, appears to have hobbled them severely enough that they can't really contribute as much as they would like.

4) Lack of GM presence. This is the root of a lot of the problems. We, as players, can't tell if someone's twinking out, but because we can't get timely responses from Fidelity, we've taken to doing a lot of things ourselves which really Should Not Be Done By Players. The situation with Pip is a part of this, as is damn near every combat we've had. Players should not be running combats their PCs are involved in. Players should not have to check others information to make sure it wasn't gotten by twinking. That's what the GM is there for. Or should be.

5) Wrath. He's a problem all on his own, and it's /poisonous/ for players to not be able to trust one of the admin. It's just bad.

6) Inconsistancy. Some really blatant actions go /completely/ unpunished, while other less noticible ones have the hammer brought down. I'm all for a little illogic in my gaming world, but not so much that you have no way to predict the consequences of your actions.

Anyway...for those players who are on this, please comment with other problems, elaborations, and whathaveyou. Let's try and get everything that bugs us out in the open so that we can organize and present it.

For what it's worth, I can start up a community here if you like so that people don't have to double-register.
