Bleh.

Mostly, just bleh.

But The HeX Coda is /really/ cool. I love the character interaction and plotting in the game. And HX2 has some really interesting battle setups. Very challenging, in places, but easily helped along with a few Clouds of Bewilderment and Confusion spells (I LOVE being a Bard with Greater Spell Focus: Enchantment).

Ooh! Diamond Edition will definitely play HeX Coda. Just make sure you've got your updates, and all.

I have! It looks very, very pretty. However, the GM content has, I've heard, been cut out of the game and has to be purchased seperately. Since, in all honesty, the NWN original campaigns are pretty wretched, that's a bit of a worry. I'd been hoping for it to have more /easily/ accessable GM content, not to make it harder.

Ah, well.

I enjoyed some of the original NWN but in sum I must agree with you that it all could have been better. Still, I have hope for NWN2.

I'll definitely look into it, but I might wait for some trusted reviews before purchasing it.

ditto. I never buy games without researching reviews anymore. My dollars are too precious.
