Many Things

First: Heroes continues to rock solid and rock hard.

Second: I rented the first two DVDs of Lost, and have been watching. Not bad, although the director is way, way too fond of shaky-cam. Shaky-cam works in a certain set of circumstances, for brief time periods. Not all the freaking time.

Third: God, do I hate job hunting. I hate interviews. No, no one has called me back. Historically speaking, I am only ever chosen for anything when there is no one else to turn to, so I'm not really sure that anyone will. But now that I have my car back from the shop, I guess I'll keep flinging myself into that particular abyss.

It's just...y'know, every time, it eats a little more away at me.

Ah, well. The soul-destroying truth of the marketplace is nothing new, and somewhere, someone is going to have to hire me eventually, right?

I don't know. I'm intrigued, but not enchanted just yet...but then, I'm only up to White Rabbit. Seeing Locke 'living the dream' is pretty entertaining, though.

I have to start watching Heroes now. Thank goodness for the wonders of the internet.

As for the job hunt - it always seems eternal while in process. In practice... once you have a job, you'll be amazed by how short the time was that you spent looking.

I'd hire you in a second, by the way. I've watched you work with the squirrely lil ones. I'd have no hesistations at all.

Right there with you on the job searching. But, yes! keep plugging away at it. You ahve awesome credentials; you will find a job & they will love you.
