Ouran is lovely, basically because Haruhi has perhaps the strangest collection of character features for a female protagonist in any of the anime I've seen lately.
A sarcastic, gender-ambivalent girl who basically has gathered a reverse harem around herself.
I've only seen the first episode or two, and to be honest, it's not -quite- my cup of tea, genre-wise...but I was highly amused nonetheless. It's like Utena on a completely different flavor of crack. And the twins made me happy in ways that are probably not legal. X3
