Operation: Winter Discontent
Objective: To get at least two hours of decent sleep, uninterrupted by nasty coughing fits.
Phase 1: Make a huge chocolate milkshake and eat it quickly, while most everything in it is at peak coldness.
Phase 2: Down the last of my NyQuil.
Phase 3: Rush to bed, and hope to fall asleep before my throat unthaws enough to muster a protest.
Mission: ACCOMPLISHED.
I feel slightly better now.
