pyrephox | It has NOT been a good week.

As some of you may know, South Carolina is not really all that well equipped to deal with winter weather of any kind. Which is how, after what was probably a fairly minor ice storm in most areas of the country, I and my family found ourselves without any electricity at all from Monday evening to Thursday afternoon. The nights were rather cold; lucky for us, we have a fireplace which runs on gas. It was our only source of heat, and performed rather well, all things considered.

And although the power's up, the cable modem is still flaky in the extreme. Actually, the modem seems to be fine, it's the hub where we've got the problem, and I'm not entirely sure what to do about that. Since I don't know when I'll be restored to full connectivity, and have had /no/ opportunity to work on my campaign notes, I'll have to ask my Wings players to forgive me, but I don't think that I'll be up to running the scenes we need tomorrow night, even if I do manage to fix the modem and get on line. If possible, I'll try and catch you in two groups sometime during the next week. (I'll need Theo/Zelica in one group, and Peter/Elizabeth/Richard in another so if y'all would talk amongst yourselves and find good times for the smaller groups to meet with me, I'd be grateful.)

As for Project H...even if I won't be able to share the work as readily as before, I'll keep working on it. I hope to have at least the Sup info done early this week, leaving only the histories. I'm sorry about this, guys.

And my Shadowrun game was cancelled. :(

I seem to have restored the hub, so (barring yet more ice and power outages), I should be back among the (cyber) living. :D *does the happy dance*

Re Project H: Yes, well, I'm behind schedule as well. A week and a half of

jhyanmar visiting, followed by a week of mild illness put me a bit off my stride. My apologies as well.

*hugs back* Alive, well, and just a little grumpy over the whole thing. For the last day, the six or seven houses on my street were the /only/ ones still without power. One of our transformers blew up when they turned the power on elsewhere.

The party chose to split up along those lines, I believe. Z.L. and Zelica were going to meet Theodore and arrange to 'discover' the body, last I heard.

Glad to hear you are okay. Sorry to hear about your loss of power. I went a night without heat in 20 degree weather. Twasn't fun. Hope things continue to clear up for you.

As for Wings.... are you /sure/ you want to put the 'kite with the two demons?

I /was/ thinking that it'd be utterly hilarious, I must admit, but it looks like they'll be split up. *points to above comment* I misremembered, and didn't go back and check the logs.
