First, do not ever try to put food on my plate without asking me. I don't give a good goddamn if you picked up too much for yourself, /I/ did not, and I don't want yours. Second, stop asking me if I want more over and over and over again. It really pisses me off. I'm already overweight, thanks, and I'm not dieting, but I don't eat any more than I /want/ to eat. So stop it.

Hm! Develop an overwhelming aversion to Other People's Germs? (I had one of those from early on, which I've only overcome as regards my kid's germs...) Cite how many nasty bacteria live in the human mouth?
