ARRRGH Ow.

Woke up with full-throttle cramps and bleeding. Ow. Not a happy Pyrephox by any means. I think I'm going to go back to lay down for a while. Maybe stretching out will help.

The real suck part is that I usually don't get cramps. They snuck up on me and took me by surprise this time. It made me arrrrrr.

Ibuprofin.

I didn't always get cramps. Used to just be kinda yucky. Then 10 days of bleeding one time, and cramps nearly ever after, except for a month or two after producing child.

I used to try to control it with... calcium-magnesium in peppermint tea. Aspirin. Barely kept it at bay.

Now I use ibuprofin. I was given one when I was lying down and wishing I were dead in fencing class. (By one of the other students.) 30 minutes later... It was astonishing, the relief of pain! Made a convert.

Always keep ibuprofin handy, even if it's not for you. O:>
