No, really!

I take ground sirloin, put enough for a patty into a bowl. Add garlic salt, soy sauce, worcheshire sauce (and I know I mangled that hideously), a seasoned pepper blend, and a touch of red wine.

Mush gleefully, then flatten and smooth into a patty.

Cook on medium heat, and add your favorite cheese shortly before its done.

YUM.
